The Replacement RE Controller: - Panel metered display with LED illumination, replacement Rotor-Ez PCB with Dial Preset, Remote control & manual direction switches.

Fully disassembled, cleaned & prepared chassis for new upgraded parts, was then re-zinc plated.
The back panel: - New 6 pin Cinch socket & S/S cover plate, fused IEC 240v socket & earth bolt, DB9 socket.
On the inside: - Installed a NEW Rotor-Ez PCB with RS232 remote control, Install new direction & star toggle switches, Installed a refurbish Power switch & Preset POT combo, Installed a black display panel meter & LED display illumination. Installed a new Australia made transformer, Fully re-wire including adding plug/sockets to most wires. Installed the 4 indictor LED's into the front panel & a new S/S cover/name plate. Supplied with new 6 pin Cinch plug, IEC power lead, USB 2.0A to RS232 serial converter cable & all new manual.

The WD-1000 Rotator: - This rotator utilizes a twin worm drive system with a larger worm gear assembly for the final drive which is driven by a small worm gear assembly directly connected to high torque 100v AC motor. The gear shafts had new bearing races installed onto them. All incorporated into the centre chassis along with the AC motor. The whole drive assembly including the motor is mounted inside a heavy duty cast aluminium housings.
Disassembled to the last nut, bolt & screw, then cleaned & check all parts for damage.
All worm gears were welded to their shafts as the roll pins were allowing movement. Installed New: - Motor start CAP, & 500-ohm POT to suit the replacement controller, fully rewired to to the new LTW 7 pin socket.
Upgraded the mast tube assembly to accept the MC-62 Output Flange both parts were welded together to suit the new Create MC621 mast clamps.
All the housings & the output flange were Glass Bead Blasted follow by etch primed then finished off Pewter Epoxy Enamel paint.
 

 Supplied with new LTW 7 pin plug, MC-621 mast clamps including GAL clamping & mounting hardware, New Stainless Steel mounting Hardware for the rotator base.

240v AC, 24 month warranty.
