The RC Controller: - Refurbished & Upgraded.
Full circle display with LED illumination & other upgrades.
Disassembled, cleaned & prep chassis for new upgrade parts etc.
Upgraded display illumination to LED, by installing one of my yLED-ac PCB's.
The back panel: - Replaced original damaged screw terminal strip with a 6pin CINCH socket mounted on a S/S cover plate (includes a new Cinch plug).
Also installed a new fused IEC 240v socket & earth bolt.
Moved the motor star CAP to the rotator & upgraded the PCB with plug/socket on most wires (mostly rewired).
Re-assembled, fully tested & aligned with the KR-600 rotator.
Includes revised manual, IEC power cable & plugs for the control cable.
The KR-600 Rotator: - Refurbished & upgraded etc.
Completely disassembled, cleaned & checked all parts for damage etc. Refurbished the POT & installed the moved motor start CAP on a new mount. Replaced original screw terminal board etc with a LTW 7 pin chassis socket & mounted on a new cover plate, Fully re-wired, Upgraded the original 7mm gearing shafts with new 8mm version & affixed them into the lower chassis, All gears were bored out to 8mm to suit the new shafts, Replaced the final gear stack with my NEW solid KD-38T-8 gear..
Housings & mast clamps have been Glass Bead Blasted, etch primed & painted in Epoxy Enamel Pewter. Re-assembled with new ball bearings & new grease throughout. Re-aligned & calibrated to the controller.
Includes NEW GAL & stainless-steel mounting & clamping hardware, LTW 7 pin plug.
Control cable needed is 5 core (terminal/pin 1 not used).
