Commercial Advertising Rates

As this is a "hobby website" permission to advertise commercially on the VK Classifieds is strictly via donation only to VK Classifieds and by adhering to the Commercial Conditions of Use (listed below). 

The rates are as follows:

Normal Advertising:  Ability to place Commercial Category adverts on the site - including Featured Adverts.

$30 per Month (3 month minimum ie: A$90) or A$300/year
No Limit to number of adverts (subject to acceptable usage)

Access to the "Featured Advert" option is also enabled giving front page prominence to your adverts!

Top or Bottom of Site  Rotating Banner* Advertising Only:

Top Banner $20 per month (3 month minimum ie: A$60)  or A$200/year, 
Bottom banner $15 per month (3 month minimum ie: $45)  or $150/year
Both Top and Bottom $30 per month (3 month minimum ie: 90) or $300
(Normal advertising included for only an extra A$200/year with this plan)

Banners can be either .jpg or .gif of no more than 15kb.  The dimensions need to be 468 * 60 pixels

*Each banner advert will have equal rotation with all other Commercial advertisers using this option. (Commercial banner adverts have higher priority over other service adverts.)

Front Page and Advert Listing pages - Left Sidebar - Fixed Banner Advertising Only: Viewed everytime the front page of the site is displayed. Minimal spots available.

*$30 per month (3 month minimum ie: A$90)  or A$250/year   
(Normal advertising included for only an extra A$200/year with this plan)

Banners can be either .jpg or .gif of no more than 15kb.  The dimensions need to be 250 * 250 pixels (Other sizes by arrangement)

Full Site advertising - Both Rotating banners, Front page Left Sidebar advert, Advert Listing page Sidebar advert and normal advertising rights for full year included all for the one cost of $600
 

All adverts must be placed in the "Commercial" category.

• VK2CA owns, runs, maintains and pays for this site and as such has ultimate discretion over who uses and what does or does not appear on this site at all times.  I wish only to provide a service to my fellow hams and try very hard to be fair, at all times, to everyone whilst doing this.  I DO NOT wish to engage in any correspondence regarding the administration of this site! If that, or any of the following guidelines, is not acceptable to you then DO NOT use this site!  

• No responsibility liability will be accepted by VK Classifieds.net.au or VKHam.com  for goods advertised in these pages. (Note: VKHam.com is a completely seperate site to VK Classifieds!)

• Any "fee" for advertising using this site is via donation and as such does not infer any legal responsibility on VK Classifieds or its webmaster to continue this service or allow the donor to continue to advertise on this service.

• All adverts are to be radio related or of interest to Amateur radio operators and their activities.

• The normal guidelines of this site are to be observed in regard to advert content i.e.: offensive, abusive etc.

• Commercial advertisers, like all advertisers on this site, who do not adhere to their relevant Conditions of Use & Guidelines will risk having the offending adverts deleted without notice and possibly having their permission to advertise on VK Classifieds  revoked completely.

1. VK Classifieds is NOT for commenting about other people or businesses - either complimentary or derogatory, thanking people, looking for people or any other type of announcement (other than events which have their own category)! Newsgroups are for this activity.  Your adverts will be deleted without notice if this occurs.

2. Companies and/or agencies advertising with VK Classifieds agree to INDEMNIFY VK Classifieds, VKHam.com, its Webmaster and agents against all claims, demands, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, awards, judgements and any other liability whatsoever, wholly or partially arising directly or indirectly in connection with copyright, infringement of trade marks or unfair competition, breach of trade practices or fair trading legislation.

3. Advertisers also WARRANT that the information provided in their adverts complies with all relevant laws and regulations concerning copyright, infringement of trade marks or unfair competition, breach of trade practices or fair trading legislation and that their display will not give rise to any claims against or liabilities to VK Classifieds, VKHam.com, its Webmaster and agents without limiting the generality of the foregoing, that nothing therein is in breach of any laws or regulations.
