The Controller: - Refurbished & Upgraded.

Completely disassembled then cleaned, upgraded.

Replaced old globe illumination with a yLED-ac-KR LED PCB.

On the rear panel I installed a 6 pin Cinch socket & cover plate, Fused IEC socket & earth bolt. Moved the motor start capacitor to the rotator, Refurbished Power & direction switches.

Re-wired, Re-calibrated & aligned with rotator.

Supplied with a new IEC power lead & 6 pin Cinch plug.

 The Rotator: - Refurbished & Upgraded.

Completely disassembled, cleaned & checked all parts for damage etc. Upgraded the 3 stack final drive gears KD-38T solid gear & new spacer, this gives more surface area contact onto the ring gear & lessen the chance of damaging the hard-to-get ring gear. Replaced the ball bearings, installed the motor capacitor & limit switches. Upgraded brake assembly etc. Fully re-wired.

Housings & mast clamps were glass bead blasted, etched primed & painted in Hammer Tone Silver. Re-assembled with new ball bearings + new grease throughout. Re-aligned & calibrated to the controller. The mast clamps were upgraded 4 x M8 RECOIL inserts.

Supplied with new stainless-steel clamping & mounting hardware.

Re-calibrated & aligned with the controller.

24 month warranty.
