The LDX Controller: - Panel meter display with momentary or lift to lock direction switch.

Disassembled, cleaned & prep chassis for new upgrade parts, Chassis was then re-zinc plated.

The back panel:- Installed a new 6 pin Cinch socket & laser cut S/S cover/mounting plate, New IEC 240v socket, Fuse holder & a earth bolt.

The front panel: - All new 3D printed in black PETG with many upgrades including M3 threaded inserts for all mount, also includes new 3D printed direction knob

On the inside: - Upgraded display illumination with a 3 LED modules. Replaced original damaged transformer, with one from a Kenpro that also match the New DS-3p display PCB (& the replacement 24v motor in the rotator).

The direction display panel meter was replaced with a one from a CXX controller which has been upgraded with a new white on black direction display. The New DS-3p PCB has the LED power supply on board.

Re-assembled, fully tested & aligned with the rotator.

The 103 Rotator: - Has a disc brake mounted inside the motor.

Disassembled to the last nut, bolt & screw. Cleaned & check all parts for damage.

Replaced the original faulty 100vAc motor with a 24v AC version plus it's motor start CAP, Replaced the limit switches, Replaced the 600 ohm POT with a 500 ohm version to suit the replacement upgraded PCB of the LDX controller.

All the housings, mast bracket & clamps have been Glass Bead Blasted by IMPACT GLASS BEAD follow by etch priming & then painted in silver enamel paint.

Installed new screw terminal blocks, which is covered by the all New 3D printed terminal cover (in black PETG) with a proper cable gland.

Had to adapt a Limit Ring from a 502 to fit & work in the 103 rotator, as the original was damaged.

Affixed the shafts for the gears into the lower chassis, the gears were aligned & shimmed then fully re-assembled into the refurbished housings with the new bearing & new grease through out.

Re-aligned & calibrated with the controller.
