The DSX Controller:- Full circle display with momentary & lift to lock paddle direction switch
Controller was completely disassembled, cleaned & prep for new parts, chassis was then re-zinc plated as well as the rear cover plate.
The front panel:- Has been prep with a special primer then paint smoke grey, A new 3D printed knob was installed.
The back panel:- New 6 pin Cinch socket & cover plate, Fused IEC 240v socket, Meter calibration POT & earth bolt.
On the inside: - I replaced the original belt driven direction display assembly with a gear driven driven version from a Kenpro KR-400RC. This assembly was upgraded LED illumination powered by one of my yLED-ac PCB's which has brightness control. Fully rewired, then Calibrated & aligned to the 502 rotator.
The 502 Rotator: - Has a BK brake system mounted to the motor.
Disassembled to the last nut, bolt & screw, then cleaned & check all parts for damage. The top gear chassis was re-zinc plated. Refurbished the 600 ohm POT.
All the housings & mast clamps have been Glass Bead Blasted by IMPACT GLASS BEAD follow by etch primer & then sprayed in Hammertone Silver Epoxy Enamel paint. The stainless steel hardware was cleaned in a special solution. Replaced the terminal cover with a new 3D printed version with a proper cable gland. Installed new 6pin CINCH Male chassis plug & includes a new F/M socket. Fully rewired.
Affixed the gear shafts into the gear chassis, The gears were aligned the fully assembled into the refurbished housing with the new bearing & new grease through out.
Re-aligned & calibrated with the DSX controller.
