Wanted. Low band 66 to 88MHz radio

Description
I need a radio to work on 70MHz. I am looking for a PMR radio which is programmable or a decent chinese radio. NOT a Quangshen super-wide hand held. I'd prefer something with a clean output.
I would also consider a transverter.
