Hi All
I recently purchased a Systron Donner M107 rather cheaply in a faulty condition and would love to get this working however I need someone smarter than I am (electronics wise) to help me find the fault.
I have replaced the caps and various parts.
Unit powers up, voltages are fine and the logic side of the device appears to work. You can dial in the voltage you want, turn the output on and off, keys all work etc however NO output. There appears to be a short on the analogue board where the 24v regulator gets hot and potentially dies.
It will likely be an easy fix for someone that knows these type of instruments better than I. If anyone is able to assist with advice or repair skills, I live in Melbourne and would love to hear from them.
