Description
Kenwood TM-201A 2m FM transceiver, working but please see photo of corrosion.
1. transmits and receives as it should.
2. the ON/OFF switch does not function.
3. it does not have an internal speaker and an external speaker is NOT included.
4. it is missing the battery that backs up the memory.
5. for a while it had 2 AAA batteries in it to hold up the memory but they leaked, see the photo.
6. no mounting bracket.
7. some paint rubbed of in places, particularly the underneath.
8. the frequency knob is not original.
9. does not have a tone encoding board.
Local pickup from near Camberwell Junction, VIC. Packed it would weigh about 2kg and go in a box about 24x30x16cm so you can get a postage guesstimate from the Post Office web site.
