Description
ICOM IC-215 FM transceiver. This is an early ICOM crystal transceiver with a max of 12 channels. Channels fitted - Ch2 146.1/146.7 Ch8 146.4/147.0 Ch9 146.000 Ch10 146.5. There is no ctcss encoder or bells and whistles. RF output is around 2 watts. The battery compartment is clean with no sign of corrosion. The transceiver is fitted out with a screw on rubber duck antenna.
There is an RF connector on the back for an external antenna, also an external DC socket on the rear. The IC-215 is working and would look nice on the book shelf quietly listening to one of the two available repeaters in the unit ?
Price is reaonably firm considering it works and in good condition for its age. $75
