For sale: Icom ID-5100A dual band (VHF/UHF) D-STAR mobile transceiver, in as-new condition.

The ICOM ID-5100A is a dual-band VHF/UHF mobile transceiver featuring D-STAR digital capabilities, a detachable touch-screen control head, and integrated GPS. It is designed for amateur radio operators requiring advanced digital voice and data modes alongside traditional FM operation.

Detachable Touch Panel: The control head separates from the main unit, featuring an intuitive menu system and software keypad for easy frequency and memory entry 

Integrated GPS: Displays your position, course, speed, and altitude on the screen. It supports D-PRS (Digital Position Reporting System) for sending/receiving position data and finding nearby repeaters automatically 

Dual Watch & Priority: Capable of monitoring two different bands or modes simultaneously. If two DV signals arrive at once, the main band audio takes priority 

Repeater List: Uses GPS data to automatically find and list nearby D-STAR repeaters, useful for travel 

Optional Bluetooth: With the UT-133 board, you can connect the VS-3 headset for hands-free operation or use the RS-MS1A Android app for remote control and mapping

Note, this unit has the optional Bluetooth module (ICOM UT-133, $100 value) installed.

I am selling as it has been used mainly in the shack and as I have a number of other dual band radios that I also use, the ID-5100 has been getting very little use of late.
