All of my radios are and have been well cared for. Mostly my equipment remains in a temperature controlled insulated environment and dust free. Apart from this radio just being a tad off frequency, speaking to Austria this afternoon received an "as always" great signal and audio report. This Yaesu radio is another from my private collection here to be moved on.

It's a Flagship - big boxed Yaesu radio, it weighs a ton, and the quality of build and chassis is remarkable. This big FT-980 apparently had an easy life, with not much use, said to be from ASIO, the Australian Government. Power out is just over 100 watts, the audio receive is fantastic, this is a heavy-duty radio and looks fantastic in the shack. It comes to you with matching SP-980 Extension Speaker, I am also adding my Yaesu FC-102 Tuner, a beautiful Yaesu MD-1 Desk Microphone, ORIGINAL BOX and radio Manual.

Eveything works beautifully, and you will be hard pressed anywhere in the world to find THIS Yaesu line up, in this condition, for the asking price. As written in my last add for my Kenwood TS-930S, plan yourself a road trip to collect (Southern Highlands NSW) as I am not posting this equipment.
