Description
Elecraft KX-1 transceiver, this little QRP CW transceiver is fitted with all the options that were available at the time of purchase and so is capable of 80, 40, 30 and 20 meter bands using its internal automatic antenna tuner and anything from a dipole to a random length of wire. Power is either via 12volt external or from its AA internal battery pack which is all I’ve ever used. Power out on 12 volts is between 3.5 and 5 watts and on batteries a little less. A fantastic little radio which is no longer made and quite sought after on the second hand market. Complete with the Elecraft paddle option and fits in a Pelican 1060 waterproof box. In very good condition.
