Yaesu FT 301 with 100-watt amplifier fitted
Project radio that is worth spending time and effort on.
This radio is part of a deceased estate we are processing and came to us as not working.
Some rudimentary repairs have been carried out to get it going again and to ensure that it functions.
Receives and transmits on all bands including 11 metres BUT performance and presentation could be dramatically improved with some time spent on it.
The internal speaker is not working and speaker leads for an external speaker are connected to the power plug.
Internal speaker measures OK and the fault maybe the external speaker changeover socket.
Comes with a manual that is complete but falling apart, microphone and a 12-volt DC power plug.
Sold as is and listing as “Parts Only” to protect the estate
