Description
Iconic wartime Marconi R1155 as seen on Lancaster and Mosquito aircraft, also used on ground stations as this one was (steel chassis).
Following from the classic '60's style, this receiver has benefited from removal of the original DF components and installation of a 240vac power supply., plus a 6V6 audio amplifier sufficient to drive an 8 ohm speaker.
This receiver is working fine but might benefit from further restoration.
