MARC NR-52F1 Shortwave Receivers

Here we have two Marc NR-52F1 shortwave receivers from the seventies in silver and black, They were pretty rare in Australia compared to the later model Marc and quite expensive and were an extremely large portable receiver.

I had a brand new silver one around the mid seventies and alwsys regretted selling it so i bought these two about five years back to restore the silver one i found in Perth with the operators manual and the black one i bought online from Germany.

The images here are from google to show you the two models and i will post the images of my ones over the next day or so, you can also see the size difference to the portable radios of today in the picture and they are about 20% larger than the cheaper Koyo ktr-1770 sold around the same time, these Marc NR-52F1 were Japan's flagship portables of the seventies to many in Japan but the Sony's were better performers.

They are being sold as not working parts or restoration only.
