Here we have a Kenwood R 1000 Communications Receiver for auction in very good condition and working on all bands, i have decided to downsize my collection of around 50 receivers and scanners due to my age mainly, so I have decided to sell my good kenwood R 1000 instead of the parts one.
This Kenwood R-1000 comes in its original box with the optional 12 volt kit and original genuine manual and power lead.
They Kenwood R-1000 Communications Receivers are currently seeing a resurgence in popularity and have far less problems than the kenwood r 5000 with vcos that are costly to repair, i know i have had around a dozen r 5000s in my time.
Anyway here is a comment on them from a reviewer to show why they are selling for up to $1000.00 usd online these days.
