Description
You are bidding on one battery charger for a Motorola HT-90 handheld transceiver. The charger is specified to run on 240 Vac, 50 Hz; it works OK on 230 Vac. It is fitted with a tested, Australian-pattern mains cord, same as New Zealand. The clever internal circuitry senses the battery Voltage and gives visual indication of the state of charge via red and green LEDs on the front.
I have 2 chargers available. If you make the winning bid, please tell me how many you want so I can send you an appropriate invoice.
I have also advertised a Motorola HT-90 transceiver here; I could include that with your purchase, though shipping would be a bit higher for the additional weight. Just ask.

How you can use it
You can use this item:
- for its originally intended function, to charge either just the battery alone or a battery while still attached to the radio
- to charge other NiCd and NiMH cells; you may have to fabricate your own battery connectors; NiMH cells have the same terminal Voltage as NiCd cells, but a higher energy density and so, will take longer to reach full charge
- to make a clever bench power supply using the transformer and control circuitry.
Why am I selling?
I have listed my remaining Motorola HT-90 radio; so, I don't need any chargers.

You can collect the charger(s) from me directly. If you want your winnings shipped, you must ask me to quote the shipping charge because it will depend on how many you want, whether you want the HT, the destination and how quickly you want delivery. One packed weighs 1.6 kg.Accessories Included
