You are bidding on one Simmons through-bulkhead connector. There are two. If you make the winning bid, tell me whether you want one or both at your winning bid price.
I unpacked one to take photographs. It is of stainless steel construction and hence can be mounted outside to handle all weather conditions. It has two gold-plated 3-hook bayonet coaxial connectors.
How you can use it
It can be used for transferring electronics / RF signals through a metal bulkhead, such as for lightning protection or through a Faraday shield for EMC testing purposes. It requires a 32 mm (1 – 3/16”) diameter mounting hole, and can be used with a bulkhead up to 6 mm (1/4") thick.
