Description
You are bidding on one 5-pin, also known as UX-5, plug. The pins are brass, hollow inside the plug-top for soldering, moulded into the plug’s base; the base and screw-on plug-top are brown Bakelite - see photos.
It is new, never used. There are several; tell me how many you want so I can send you the correct invoice.

I designed a multi-frequency regenerative receiver as a kit for newcomers to radio. These 5-pin plugs were to support different RF coils. The regenerative receiver has now gone; so, these UX-5 plugs are surplus.

I make no charge for packaging. Your item will be properly wrapped and packed to withstand the usual rigors of postal and courier delivery systems.

- use it for feeding an electrodynamic loudspeaker – 2 pins for the electro-magnet, 2 pins for the audio output, 1 pin for an external audio drive or feedback
- use it to connect to a 7-way socket to use a 1625 instead of an 807
- use it to connect to an octal (8-way) socket to use a 6L6, KT 66 or EL34 instead of an 807
- use it to carry HT and LT to a piece of electronic equipment
- use it to support changeover coils in multi-frequency receivers and transmitters
- add it to your collection of yesteryear spares.

- There are often differences between what Australia Post's and other carriers' online calculators show, and what they actually charge. Generally, Australia Post uses the quickest delivery method, such as one of the more expensive Air Mail modes.
- Australia Post calculates postage based on the weight and dimensions I have given. Sendle calculates postage based on the same weight and dimensions.

If you are in Australia, I will accept payment by direct bank transfer, Money Order, or PayPal, but not posted cash. It is often cheaper to pay by bank transfer than by Money Order or PayPal.
I will accept cash if you collect the item from me.
If you are outside Australia, I will only accept payment by bank transfer, Money Order or PayPal. All payments must be in AU$, unless we agree otherwise before your payment.
