SCS PTC-IIpro DSP Multimode Pactor Controller
On offer here is a multi-mode interface complete with Licensed Pactor 3 installed.
In excellent well cared for condition and always in a smoke free / Ocean free environment.
Will be supplied with cables that suit several different Icom models however they can be modified to suit a whole range of radios to suit the requirements of the owner and the proposed data / mode being used.
My plan was to run a Pactor mail and communication link on HF and when the bug first had a bite on me, I also purchased a second SCS unit that had Pactor 4. Given the need for more antennae than I had space for and the requirement to commit another one or two radios to the project, the project lay in the “look at it later” category.
Now for sale as part of my further shack space reclamation project, this unit that is in better than excellent condition is ready for a new home.
I can supply on memory chip all the various software programs and documentation.
These are top of the line quality units designed primarily for maritime data and email transfer around the world and there is a significant global network transferring data 24/7.

This is a quick demo of the SCS PTC-II pro Pactor-3 radio modem. This device allows the user to send and receive emails from remote locations. Ocean going vessels are often equipped with these, but also with radio hams they are popular. The SCS modems are the best radio modems available in the commercial market, offering phenomenal performance under noisy conditions, where other modems (and sound card modes) fail.

The PTC - IlPro is the valued all round multimode Pactor controller for all applications, including remote control of short-wave transceivers.
In addition to the known possibilities and good workmanship of our PTC product line, the PTC - IlPro distinguishes itself in particular through its two expandable Packet Radio modems.
These allow simultaneous operation of up to 3 radios on the PTC IlPro, and thus the construction of gateways, which, particularly in amateur radio, is of great interest.
