This is a vintage YaesuMusen LPF, it must be a collectors item.
Quick test confirms it works as expected but I don’t have test equipment to test at the moment. Specs believed to be:
HF pass to 38 MHz, 0.5 dB insertion loss. Attenuation is 80 dB at 75 MHz. Rating 1.2 kw
Small amount of surface corrosion under the paint at one end. SO239 (UHF) connectors each end. No warranty expressed or implied.
