Description
A used item from a broadcast site. It is an Electro Impulse RF Termination (dummy load) for test and safety purposes. It is one of the 1500 series which are good for 1500 watts without a fan and up to 3000 watts with a fan. The precise model is CPTH 1500 and can be confirmed in the picture closeup. The unit has hazardous coolant on board but no leaks found. The safety valve is shown but will be removed and the entry point plugged for transport (the valve will have to be reinserted when the unit is placed into use.(in a safe area). The unit has been tested at 1000watts and the resistor is still accurate at 50 ohms. Only service technicians and RF engineers need apply. Pick-up to be arranged by purchaser.
