Only the best Bird 43 with HF VHF UHF slugs $475

Bird 43 meter with loads of slugs, works perfectly,  has had a repaint, but at $475 plus post, it has to be the Bird bargain of the year with so many slugs.  There are modifications to change the high kW slugs to lower power readings,  I've just not had the time to change and recalibrate.  But a bird meter with 9 slugs provided for $475 plus $25 post Australia wide,  I dont think it will last long. No returns due to recent part swappers and definitely one less than honest person who definitely I found extremely disappointing, I got severely ripped off re a deal out of Young NSW, crazy how people lie over such small $$$$ inder $1000 and a ham burnt his reputation but some argue his reputation was already known.  You live and you learn but any test inspection of this meter or anything we sell is no problem, I just trusted a chap who an entire town of hams told me I'd be burned. When buying anything,  have the seller send you a video of the functionality proven is my advice, happy to provide similar upon request of anything we are selling to clear up some space here.  I won't cry over a few bucks lost, but you may, so be careful who you deal with. And no, I'm not releasing names,  not worth my time to chase him as its not  enough of a loss to even change my heart rate, but enough for him to lose his reputation others have told me. Remember,  any test welcomed on any of our museum equipment being thinned out, pix, videos,  come here to test. no question we will not be like this other chap but once its left here, this  chap has taught me, its sold.....
