You are viewing a Crystal Impedance Meter, Model 531, aka Signal Corp TS-683 / TSM, by RFL - see photos. It can test crystals in 4 bands:
It comes with the manufacturer’s original 60-page operation and servicing manual, plus a separate circuit diagram – eg, for bench testing and repairs. There is also a major section on maintenance.
All original equipment manufactured (OEM) components are present, except:
It has a tethered power cord, with an Australian / New Zealand standard 3-pin power plug. It runs on mains frequency 50 Hz to 1.72 kHz. You can select running on 115 Vac or 230 Vac, via a locked switch on the rear panel.
It is a tube / valve design; as extras, I can supply spare tubes / valves – ask me for pricing.

When I first got my amateur radio licence, I wanted to design and build receivers and transmitters. However, I got side-tracked by very good military surplus equipment. So, I never used his crystal impedance meter. Hence, it is available for your delectation.
Packaging
I make no charge for packaging. Your item will be properly wrapped and packed to withstand the usual rigors of postal and courier delivery systems. It weighs 10.5 kg in a 58 x 38 x 24 cm carton.

- There are often differences between what Australia Post's and other carriers' online calculators show, and what they actually charge.
- Australia Post and Sendle calculate postage based on the weight and dimensions I have given.
- If you win several items, I will bundle them to get you the most economical shipping charge.
- If you want me to provide spare tubes / valves, there will be no increase in shipping cost.
- Australia Post includes insurance up to AU$100, Sendle includes insurance up to AU$300; both include tracking as part of the carriage charge. Some carriers include neither insurance nor tracking. If the total transaction including shipping exceeds AU$100 and you choose Australia Post as your carrier, for your peace of mind you will require extra insurance cover. So, you must ask me to quote you for such additional delivery services as tracking, signature on receipt or a different level of insurance cover.
