Description
Avometer Modek 8 mk III. Basic DC tests with 1.5 and 9 volt batteries and AC with Variac, confirms meter movement is OK and gives expected readings. Unfortunately, the case has been broken and repaired at some point in its life - see pictures especially top and sides. Battery compartment shows signs of wear and cleaning, but looks OK, no corrosion evident. No leads, probes or manual. Will be shipped in a very tatty but genuine AVO leather case.
