The HP 8566B Spectrum Analyser is a high-performance analyzer ideal for bench or ATE applications with a frequency range from 100Hz to 22GHz extendable to 325GHz. A 10Hz resolution bandwidth and excellent frequency stability allow difficult measurements such as line-related sideband characterisation at 22GHz.
The 8566B Spectrum Analyser has an amplitude range (dbm) of -134 to +30. Residual FM is <0.2Hz, frequency span <5kHz; <5Hz, frequency span <100kHz; <200Hz, frequency span <5MHz.
