Description
You are bidding on an Icom IC-40 kit - see photos. There are two HTs, with batteries and charger.
The IC-40 is a simple, tough, easy-to-operate handheld radio (HT) with 40 UHF channels, 5 W output, high sensitivity, CTCSS, and dust-proof construction. A standard ICOM manual is available for free via the Internet.
All original equipment manufactured components are present:
I acquired these HTs when my children were at home, so we could go bush-walking. My children have now left home. So, these radios are available.
Packaging
I make no charge for packaging. Your kit will be properly wrapped and packed to withstand the usual rigors of postal and courier delivery systems.

- two ICOM IC-40 hand-held radios; one is working, the programming works on the other but it does not transmit or receive
- an Icom original battery charger that can handle a battery alone or a complete HT
- an after-market Australian / New Zealand standard wall wart to power the charger
- an Icom battery case with in-car power connector on curly cord
- three fully-charged Icom batteries with original belt-clips
- one antenna in blue water-proofing heat shrink
- use it for its original purpose as a walk-about CB radio
- use it in your vehicle powered from the usual in-vehicle 12 V battery outlet
- use the second radio for spares
- add it to your collection of Icom equipment.
