Gidday All,
I've recently rendered some High Voltage Power Supplies.
The following items are FREE TO GOOD HOME !!
NEC Diodes - Part 1H180M : 9 kV, 600 mA, 24 Units available.
High Voltage Wafer Switches - BOTH UNITS HAVE FOUND NEW HOMES.
PCB's with High Voltage TO-3 NPN Transistors - 2SC1325A and 2SC2928.
These Transistors have VCEO's of greater than 500 Volts.
Just cover the P&P costs !
