Where? EMDRC Clubrooms, 13a McCubbin St Burwood East
EMDRC is holding the third ‘pop-up’ mini ‘hamfest’ / car-boot event at our clubrooms. Sellers must register for an inside table or car spot to park and sell their wares, surplus kit and parts. This event is an opportunity to dispose of surplus items.
Free pedestrian entry via McCubbin Street or Rees St, Burwood East.
World famous club BBQ – sausage sizzle, drinks, cold and hot tea/coffee available for purchase before and during at prices well below your Sunday Bunnings snacks!
Other:
Parking for visitors – off site in surrounding streets. Please ensure you park safely and in accord with the Rules in the residential streets. There is a light use shopping complex parking nearby off Stevensons Roadmay as an option – cross at the traffic lights at Burwood Hwy.
Indoor tables $20 each – upstairs. Unfortunately we cannot offer full disabled access upstairs due to building limitations but there are plenty of outside tables and downstairs refreshments and a limited 3 step entrance at the rear for partially immobile persons.
Outdoor table/car spaces $10 each - must be onsite by 9.30 a.m. as the vehicle access gate is closed for the duration of the event at that time.
Pedestrian access – via Rees St path or McCubbin St (stars on map) – some limitations exist due to uneven/sloping grassed area,
No onsite vehicle access or parking for buyers until after the event – bring a trolley just in case.
