 The DAIWA DC-7010 Controller: - Refurbished & Upgraded. 
I purchased this controller (which was originally a DC-7011) with the panel meter replacement &
other mods installed, it was a bit rough, so I completely disassembled it, then cleaned & tidied it up.
I replaced the wiring mess with one of my DS-3 PCB's for Kenpro KR-400, which has the power supply for the LED display illumination & power LED.
Installed a meter Adj. POT from a standard Kenpro KR-400, mounted on it's original "Z" bracket on the inside. I illumination the panel meter by using a 4 x square LED's facing up.
Replaced the after market multi tapped transformer with two an original one from a KR-400.Stripped, cleaned & upgraded the screw terminal board for the control cable.
Also installed a chassis mounted fused IEC power socket & a earth bolt
Re-calibrated & aligned with the AR-1002 rotator.

Supplied with new IEC power lead.

I purchased this rotator without a controller & since I don't like 3 wire controlled rotators, I upgraded it to Potentiometer controlled ie 6 wire.
Completely disassembled, cleaned & installed upgrades. Installed a 10 turn 500 ohm POT which is driven by then drive gears via a plastic POT drive gear, Fully re-wired.

Housings, bearing ring were Glass Bead Blasted then etched primed, followed by painting in Silver Hammer tone paint. The mast clamps & lower mast bracket has been re-zinc plated
 Aligned gears, Replaced the ball bearings & reassembled with new grease.
Fully tested, re-aligned & calibrated to the replacement DC-7010 controller.
New stainless steel clamping & mounting hardware is supplied.
