 The CR-4 Controller: - Refurbished & Upgraded.

Full circle display with LED illumination, momentary & lock direction switch.

Disassembled, cleaned & prep chassis for new upgrade parts etc.

Replaced original direction display with newer version & upgraded the display drive assembly. Upgraded display illumination to LED including installing bi-colour LED into the direction needle, all controller by my new yLED-dc+Limit PCB which has brightness adjust trim POT’s.

The back panel: - Has been re-zinc plated & re-labelled, Installed a new 7way terminal barrier, fused IEC 240v socket & earth bolt as well as new output voltage select.

Re-assembled, re-wired, fully tested & aligned with the KR-600 rotator.

Includes revised manual, IEC power cable & terminals for the control cable.

The KR-600 Rotator: - Refurbished & upgraded etc.

Completely disassembled, cleaned & checked all parts for damage etc. Replaced the POT & limit switches, added limit feed back to the controller. Replaced the original 7mm gearing shafts with new 8mm version & affixed them into the lower chassis, All gears were bored out to 8mm to suit the new shafts, Replaced the final gear stack with my NEW solid KD-38T-8 gear. Replaced original screw terminal board etc with a LTW 7 pin chassis socket & new cover plate, Fully re-wired.

Housings have been Glass Bead Blasted etch primed & painted in Epoxy Enamel Pewter. Re-assembled with new ball bearings & new grease throughout. Re-aligned & calibrated to the CR-4P controller.

Includes NEW stainless-steel mounting & clamping hardware, LTW 7 pin plug.
