The ADX Controller:-  Panel direction display with 2 speed (Low/High) momentary & lift to lock direction switch.

Disassembled, cleaned & prep chassis for new upgrade parts etc

All NEW 3D printed front panel with M3 brass threaded inserts for all mounting points.

The front panel also has a new decal & new twin front to back bracing straps.

A new direction switch knob was also 3D printed.

 The Back Panel:-  Installed new a new 6 pin CINCH socket & laser cut S/S cover/mounting plate, New fused IEC socket & earth bolt.

On the inside:- Added an extra 12v transformer for the display & reconfigured the original 11 - 18v transformer to feed a new dual voltage PCB, which powers the new dual stage (Low / High) direction switches. The faulty original direction display panel meter was replaced with one from a CXX controller & upgraded the direction display with new decal. The original display PCB was replaced with one of my NEW DS-3p PCB's, which has the LED power supply on board to power new 3 LED module for display illumination. Fully rewired, most terminated with Plug/Sockets to make it easy to work on.   

Fully tested & aligned with the 201 rotator.

 The 201 Rotator : - Has a 24v DC motor with a BK brake assembly mount on top of it.

Disassemble to the last nut, bolt & screw. Cleaned all parts & checked for damage.

Replaced the original 24vDC motor with newer version, Replaced the limit switches & upgraded the reverse Diodes. Replaced the original 600 ohm POT with a 500 ohm version to suit the replacement DS-3p PCB in the controller.

All housings, mast bracket & mast clamp were glass bead blasted followed by etch priming & then painted in silver hammer tone enamel paint.

Reused the original screw terminal block (but replaced the screws with newer versions). Replaced the original damaged terminal cover with a NEW 3D printed version with a proper cable gland.

The gears shafts were affixed into the lower gear chassis & a new upper gear plate was manufactured. The gears were aligned & shimmed into the lower chassis then installed into the refurbished housings with new ball bearing & grease through out.

Aligned & calibrated to the ADX controller.

Supplied with upper mast clamp, S/S mounting & clamping hardware.
