The CR-4CT Controller : - This controller has been rewired, reconfigured with a BDS-35-100 brake delay PCB & align to work with the upgraded COMPUTATOR CT-1000 rotator only.
Completely disassembled cleaned & upgraded. Replaced original Transformer with 100v output version plus a small 12v output transformer, Installed a BDS-35 brake delay PCB, Replaced direction display & backing with a better version, Replaced the old globe illumination with LED's (2 white LED's for the display backing & 1 x blue LED for the needle) all controlled by a cut down yLED-dc-Limit PCB, Also install a Red LED onto the front panel (for Brake action), Replaced & upgraded cracked display drive gear. The rear panel was prept for upgrades, original damaged labeling was removed then relabeled. Install new upgrades:- New 8 way screw terminal block, 240v fused IEC socket & also added an earth bolt. Re-wired then re-calibrated & aligned with rotator. Inc. Revised & upgraded manual, + new IEC power lead.
The CT-1000 Rotator : - This rotator has been fully rebuilt refurbished & upgraded to 100vAC.
Completely disassembled, cleaned & checked all parts for damage etc. Replaced burnt out 24v motor + CAP & brake solenoid with 100vAC versions, new mounting blocks & bushes were made to install the replacement upgrade parts to the chassis. Repaired & upgraded brake wedge assembly.
Upgraded gear chassis:- Gear shafts were affixed (silver solded) into chassis base, Install larger diameter chassis support posts (with M6 bolts instead of M4) to reduce flexing, Made up new steel bushes for gear shafts & top chassis which incorporated gear spacer for more surface area & strength, these new bushes were press fitted in the top chassis.
Refurbished the POT, replaced the limit switches, install a 7 pin IP67 socket. Fully re-wired. Re-assembled with new ball bearings & new grease through out.
Re-aligned & calibrated to the CR-4CT controller.
Includes S/S Clamping & mounting H/W + New LTW 7 pin IP67 plug.
