EXPRESSIONS of INTEREST are sought for the vintage Radio Transmitter type BC-458-A.
Manufactured by Western Electric for Radio Corps, US ARMY, 1942.
Tuning range: 5.3-7 MHz (nominal)
Suit operation on 40m AM/CW.
Condition: Appears ORIGINAL / UNMOLESTED inside & outside; Wear & tear attributable to age & usage; ALL 4 VALVES are fitted. Surprisingly, all but 2 of the screws securing the top and bottom covers are in place!

NOTE: one Photo shows the reflection of the top of the magic-eye in the internal mirror attached to the hinged lid.
Another photo shows that a mounting screw is missing from the aerial-inductance front mounting bracket.
