PATON PALEC VCT-V (or -2) VALVE and CIRCUIT TESTER

Manufactured in Ashfield Sydney
Serial no: 330110
This Paton Palec Valve Tester looks like a VCT-V model, but closely resembles the VCT-2 circuit diagram.
In very good cosmetic condition.
Has been refurbished ie rewired where necessary, new capacitors and new resistors which were out of specific, cabling, fuse etc..
Includes original Paton Instructions for VCT model, with test settings for a range of different valves.
Currently not working due to a short caused by current tracking along a cracked wafer in one of the switches; cleaning of this track re-instates full operation. A permanent fix is desirable.
Lots of documentation eg circuit diagrams can be provided.
Reason for sale is that I have been given another Valve Tester.
Can be inspected in Glen Waverley 3150. Unit weighs approx 5.7kgs
