Icom AT141 Antenna Tuner for Icom radios

Icom AT 141 Auto Tuner
Currently installed on my side fence and has been used when testing several Icom radios when in need of service.
It is no longer required as I no longer need to have access to an antenna covering the frequencies that this AT141 can easily match to.

This magnificent tuner is very quick and has always been able to match a relatively short end fed wire when matching any of the HF amateur bands and similarly a range of commercial and maritime frequencies.

This tuner has not been in any salt water environment, installed in a relatively weather protected area close to my garage and comes with a made-up length of control lead attached to an Icom control plug,

Matches all bands
The AT-141 matches any frequency on every HF amateur and marine band.  
For example, the tuner matches a 7 m, (23 ft) long-wire antenna anywhere across the whole spread of 1.6–30 MHz.
Full automatic tuning with selected Icom radios.
Just push the [TUNE] key on the transceiver, and the AT-141 adjusts immediately to the minimum SWR of any frequency on any HF Amateur or marine bands.

HF operation on any size ship or land based or mobile installation

The AT-141 allows you HF operation where antenna element length is restricted due to space.

Weather resistant

The AT-141 is housed in a durable, completely weather resistant ASA case with a rubber gasket. 
The antenna tuner can be conveniently installed on the deck or in the cabin near the antenna element or as I have used it as shown in the picture at any convenient point for the feed of your wire or vertical antenna.

Simple installation
Installation is simple. Just connect the control and antenna cables. You never need to open the cover.
45 memories for shorter tuning time
To decrease the tune-up time, the AT-141 automatically stores the matching conditions for up to 45 frequencies. Re-tuning for a memorised frequency takes approx. 1 sec.
Super capacitor for memory backup
Even if the AT-141 is not used for approx. 1 week, the built-in super capacitor backs up contents of the 45 memories.
Low power tune up
The AT-141 emits low output power during tuning. This feature reduces the possibility of causing interference to other stations.
