Description
I have a 2-section wind-up tilt-over tower which I decided not to put up at my current location. It includes fittings such as guy wires, selsyn direction indicator, rotator and associated control box.
The tower has been stored under the eaves along the side of the house and could use some anti-rust and repainting. The control box, direction indicator and rotator are all working and hooked up for demonstration. Control box circuit diagram supplied. Tower location Croydon Vic.
I always believed it to be a Nally tower or a variation.

Dimensions: Length of bottom section: 7.6 metres.
Length of top section 6.32 metres. Fits inside bottom section.
Mounting of tilt-over pivot point is 1.97 metres from bottom of bottom section.
Width of bottom section triangle 26cm (including side frame pipes).
Width of top section triangle 20cm (including side frame pipes).
The rotator mounts on a flat plate 15.5 x 19cm on the side at the top of the tower.
The rotator is mounted using 4 bolts in a rectangular pattern 13.5cm wide x 10.5cm.
The mounting pole is not included, but can be obtained eg Auscon P/L 3.6mt length 80NB gal. steel.
