Description
You are bidding on the 4 top telescoping sections of a UK military HF antenna ‘F’; nomenclature of the rod set is ZI / TSE (W) 132. The elements are 0.66-m long; when telescoped together, the length is 2.5-m. There are two sets.
I also have the British antenna base for the complete antenna; you will need a sleeve to hold these elements. Ask for pricing.
You can
I acquired the full antenna when I had British military HF radio equipment. In case the end whip sections got broken, I acquired these end elements. I didn’t use the British equipment because it was FM and the bands I wanted to communicate on used SSB (AM). The British equipment is now nearly all gone; so, these antenna end elements are surplus.
Packaging
I make no charge for packaging. Your item will be properly wrapped and packed to withstand the usual rigors of postal and courier delivery systems.

You can
- use it as spare elements for the antenna used with the original military radio communication set, like the Plessey-made C-42
- use it as is with amateur radio communications equipment for the Australian radio amateur 10-m band
- with a good antenna coupling unit, use it on other amateur bands.
- add it to your collection of UK military equipment.

- There are often differences between what Australia Post's and other carriers' online calculators show, and what they actually charge.
- If you win several items, I will bundle them to get you the most economical shipping charge.
- If you want me to provide an antenna base, there will be an increase in shipping cost – two cartons.
- I have added a small handling charge to cover the costs of my taking your packed item to my nearest Australia Post office. My handling charge is for one package up to 22 kg maximum, no matter how many items it contains.
- If you want me to take the item to a carrier of your choice, we will negotiate the extra cost involved.
- You can avoid my handling charge and the shipping and insurance costs by collecting the item directly from me.
- Payment
- If you are in Australia, I will accept payment by direct bank transfer, Money Order, or PayPal, but not posted cash. It is often cheaper to pay by bank transfer than by Money Order or PayPal.
- I will only accept cash if you collect the item from me.
- If you are outside Australia, I will only accept payment by bank transfer, Money Order or PayPal. All payments must be in AU$, unless we agree otherwise before your payment.
