Description
I wish to setup a UHF CB repeater for community use, primarily in case of natural disaster. I already have a 70MHz repeater operational for the purpose and the CB repeater would be an enhancement to the system. The local SES have donated a UHF antenna array and stainless outdoor cabinet, both mounted to a tower at a great location. I have a battery charging solar system and SRM9000 based repeater I will add. To complete the installation I am after a donation of suitable cavities. As most of the equipment used to date has been funded by me I am not in a position to purchase cavities and hope there is someone or an organisation that can help. If preferred the new owner could be the local Mens Shed which is a registered charity. Thanks in advance, Howard, VK4BS
