Microwave PA's For Sale.

Gidday All,
                  up for Sale are a few Microwave PA's.

1296 MHz - PIX A
These little PA's have very high Gain and deliver a Max O/P of around 2 Watts.
 DC is 12 Volts/550 mA, they will need to be mounted on your own little Heatsink.
Change the I/O Cables to suit your own needs. $25 each.

3398 MHz - PIX B
This PA delivers 5 Watts Output. It works well AS-IS. See Spec Sheet.
Selling $75.

5760 MHz - PIX C
This PA was originally used on circa 7.1 GHz. I've retuned it down to 5760.
It has very high Gain with an RF Input of -10 dBm delivering 4 Watts PSAT O/P.
To raise this RF Drive up to something more readily available, I can/will supply an Attenuator or 2 if needed/requested. It will need to be mounted on a Heatsink. Selling $75.

10368 MHz - PIX D
As you can see when compared to the BIRD Slug this is a cute little PA (10 GHz Driver ?).
It needs a single 8 Volt Rail @ circa 1 Amp and will likely need a small Heatsink.
An Input of +3 dBm drives this Amp into PSAT >+23 dBm with a max O/P of circa 250 Milliwatts. More than enough Power for QSO's out to several 100 KMs with a 600mm Dish. Selling $100.

24048 MHz - PIX E.
This DMC PA was originally used on circa 23 GHz. It works fine on 24 GHz but it only has a Gain of circa 7 dB. PSAT O/P  is +23 dBm, 200 Milliwatts. Selling $100 ONO.
