ICOM IC-PW1 1KW HF/6m Amplifier
LATEST VERSION vs earlier versions that when turned off lose antenna connection and antenna switching. Older models can add the upgrade board available from Icom USA at around $500 plus labour to fit but this being such a late model, no need to do anything but plug in and play with zero hassles.
Unit is only being sold due to upgrading my Icom IC7610/IC-PW1 remote station to Icom IC7760/IC-PW2 recently.
This Amplifier has done very low amounts of hours as my usual daily worker is an IC7850 and the IC-PW1 was only used when I accessed from overseas or interstate when travelling, also out on the deck enjoying the view while working the world.
As an added bonus, I have a backup set of 8 replacement MRF150 outputs and they will be supplied with the Amplifier, IC-PW1 units are very rarely a unit that sees any issues however I have always kept spares as a just in case for a load of my radios and accessories. The amp will also come with all accessory cables to hook up to an Icom unit however the IC-PW1 can easily be used with any Transceiver with minimal setup.
