I've had both these Baofengs for a few years but they are in very good condition. Both are programmable with Chirp using a different cable for each device. Both obtainable from Ali Express etc. The Red UV-5R comes with a desktop charger, belt clip, lanyard and manual. The Orange UV-9R charges via USB C and comes with a belt clip, lanyard and manual. The UV-5R is claimed to be 5 Watt outpu and the UV-9R is supposed to be more. Both are dual band, dual receive, VHF and UHF. And of course they have a flashlight.
