hi
I am seeking a J Fet 2N5245 .
OEM part manufacture was Texas instuments
these fets have paint stripes on the back
top to bottom is
purple green orange (Gain indicators)
from my reashearch HP used different manufactures so the same jfet may have reveresed pinouts
for restoration of a HP 3580A spec analyzer HT regulator
critical parameters for this application in the high voltage regulator control board A8Q23
or perhaps an old HP but populated circuit board with 2N5245 fets on board ?
